THE CHALLENGE

We collaborated with the international adaptation team, driving the digital strategy, content execution, and social integration for Coca-Cola’s most significant global campaign in a decade: “Taste the Feeling.”

This initiative marked a pivotal shift for the company, unifying Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, and Coke Life under a single, cohesive One Brand strategy. Our primary objective was to place the product and shared experiences back at the center of the narrative—reinforcing that no matter the variant, the feeling remains the same.

Additionally, we supported international adaptations for Coca-Cola’s owned brands—Sprite and Fanta—through localized digital activations, interactive formats, and seasonal executions.

THE EXECUTION

To achieve these objectives, we developed a comprehensive global-to-local marketing strategy aligned with the One Brand positioning, which ensured unified storytelling across all regions while remaining agile enough to adapt to local market nuances, ultimately driving deep emotional resonance and product visibility.

Our creative approach relied heavily on art direction that favored warm, human-centric visuals emphasizing spontaneity, intimacy, and natural light. All imagery centered on real people sharing authentic moments within Coca-Cola’s iconic red visual identity, establishing a sincere, uplifting, and sensory tone that prioritized relatable emotions over grand spectacles.

Building on this creative foundation, we produced a complete content ecosystem that included digital copy, short-form videos, and social media assets designed to capture everyday rituals. This content was amplified through platform-specific social strategies that blended visual narratives with sensory storytelling before being distributed across short films and anthem spots on YouTube, social platforms, lifestyle media, and in-store displays.

On the digital front, we collaborated on designing responsive, high-performing microsites optimized for engagement and conversion. This included executing rigorous technical SEO through structured data, targeted keyword alignment, and content optimization strategies to ensure Coca-Cola’s storytelling remained highly discoverable and prominent across search engine results pages.

We scaled these marketing efforts by leading performance-driven advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube, carefully optimizing creative assets and targeting to maximize ROI, while deploying automated email marketing campaigns to extend the emotional narrative directly to consumers' inboxes for long-term retention.
